Jet Aviation Supplies is led by a team with deep roots across aviation, finance and operations. Between them, they bring the commercial experience and industry knowledge needed to build a supply operation that genuinely understands the environments it serves.

Ian David Haddock

CEO / FOUNDER

Started his business career with Barclays in 1977 and left in 1989, latterly working as a
Corporate Manager within St Albans Branch.

After leaving, set up a Venture Capital arm for a large commercial property developer
Charter Group, specialising in small to medium size investments in a range of £250,000 to £500,000.

Left Charter Group in 1994 to pursue own interests and have since worked independently and entirely in the Corporate Finance sector as both an owner/investor and consultant, particularly in businesses that either are or have gone through a “step change” such as merger, acquisition, re-finance or sale.

Apart from Myriad, which was the subject of an EOT sale in December 2023 my current

Main business interests are;

Berry Recruitment Group – M&A Director overseen 17 acquisitions since 2009 and the business having trebled in size during that period to its current annual revenue of £65m

Corsair Toiletries – Non-Exec overseeing an EOT sale in 2023 with the business now
producing revenues of around £20m per annum.

Myriad - Non-Exec overseeing an EOT sale in 2023 with the business now producing
revenues of around £25m per annum

Rockwater Healthcare and subsidiaries – Director of this property Group that has various property assets now producing rental income of some £200,000 per annum.

Richard Boucher

CEO / FOUNDER

With more than 40 years of hands-on experience in aviation consumables and MRO stores environments, Richard brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the team. His career has been built around supporting engineers on the ground—ensuring the right parts are available, correctly controlled, and ready when needed.

His deep understanding of stores operations, combined with a calm and methodical approach, makes him a key part of delivering dependable and efficient support to maintenance operations.
